Benjamin “Ben” R. Feliciano of Watsonville died on July 8, 2018 in Salinas. He was 37.

Mr. Feliciano was born on Nov. 13, 1981 in Watsonville to Roxanne Carranco and Berle Feliciano.

He was a resident of Watsonville until moving to Sacramento where he attended Kennedy High School and graduated with his high school diploma. He was a naturally gifted and talented athlete who excelled at football. He played on a competitive football team out of Sacramento and had recently traveled to Oregon to defend the team’s State Championship Title. He loved to play football and would attend games for his favorite team the “Oakland Raiders.” He also loved to watch and play basketball with friends.

Mr. Feliciano loved life and was a kind, giving, and well-loved person by his friends and family. He had an amazing sense of humor and infectious smile that brought laughter to all who surrounded him.

He is survived by his mother, Roxanne Carranco of Sacramento; his brothers, Bernard (Michelle) Feliciano of Royal Oaks and Brandon Feliciano (Dyena Whalon) of Sacramento; three nieces, a nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Berle Feliciano; and grandmother, Elva Carranco, both formerly of Watsonville.
