Jose Ariel Feliciano died at Dominican Hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was 62.

Mr. Feliciano was born to Manuel Feliciano and Lilia Cristobal in the Philippines Islands on Dec. 18, 1955. He was a resident of this community for 43 years and held many jobs, but his most recent one was being an agriculture irrigator for six years. Mr. Feliciano grew up in his neighborhood and known as “Navitas Kid Ariel.” He liked to go to the casinos, help out family and friends whenever they needed a driver. He also enjoyed music especially karaoke, he was a happy person and the life of a party. He will be missed by his long-time companion and caregiver, Lita Tabios and Babe TG.

Mr. Feliciano is survived by six siblings, Redentor, Ricky Feliciano, and Jessica Yeban from the Philippines; Harvey, Rusel and Jovie; plus numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Mehl’s Colonial Chapel on Sunday, July 22 from 5-9 p.m. with the rosary recited at 7 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at Valley Catholic Church on Monday at 1 p.m. with burial to follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
