The Santa Cruz County Generals recently won the Stars and Stripes tournament.

The Generals won all four of their games in the tournament. They beat the Team California Bay Area 15U, 2-1, in the championship game.

Max Pierce was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player. He split time with Maximilian Ramirez IV on the mound in the championship game and went 12-for-16 with two home runs and five scored runs over the course of the tournament.

Dylan Vargas went 11-for-14 in the tournament with a home run. Zion Lopez was 11-for-18 with seven scored runs. Ramirez finished 11-for-18 with six scored runs.
