Open Streets Watsonville returns Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm on Brennan/Union Street

A day of play in the streets on downtown Watsonville—bike, dance, picnic, stroll in the street. Learn about local non-profit groups, listen to live music, and experience the joy of open, safe, spacious public space.
 
Open Streets Watsonville returns Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 from 11 am to 4 pm on Brennan/Union Street, between Callaghan Park and the City Plaza. For the fourth year, this popular car-free community event will create a “pop-up park” where people can walk, bike, skate, dance, and play in the street with this stretch of road temporarily closed to cars. Open Streets Watsonville is completely free and open to all. Join us for exercise, family-friendly activities, art, live music, educational resources, or to just play in the street!
 
Open Streets Watsonville 2019 will feature dozens of local organizations, agencies and businesses hosting outreach booths where participants can receive educational resources, participate in interactive games and activities, receive prizes and giveaways, and more! Find out more at SCopenstreets.org
