McIntyre, a 9,499-square-foot, two-story building on the edge of the harbor is roughly three months from completion, and the Harbor District is also in the early permitting stages for a 30-room inn in the area vacated by the Pot Stop, which in 2017 moved to its current location near J&S Surplus & Outdoor Store.
